✓Permitted Content (The Do's)
You may sell original digital content that you have created or have explicit legal rights to distribute. Examples include:
Documents & Texts: E-books, PDFs, written guides, templates, and spreadsheets.
Media & Art: High-quality stock photography, digital artwork, graphic design assets, brushes, and presets.
Software & Code: Original source code, scripts, plugins, themes, and self-hosted applications.
Audio & Video: Video tutorials, music tracks, sound effects, podcasts, and recorded webinars.
Prohibited Content (The Don'ts)
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on InstaAlap. Selling these items will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts:
Copyright Infringement: Resale of movies, music, software, books, or any digital goods you do not own the rights to.
Physical Goods: InstaAlap is strictly a digital delivery platform. Selling physical items requiring shipping is not supported.
Adult Content: Explicit sexual material, pornography, or sexually gratuitous content.
Illegal or Harmful Content: Hacking tools, stolen data, malware, viruses, or content promoting violence, self-harm, or hate speech.
Services: Consulting, freelancing, or time-based services (unless packaged as a digital product like a recorded audit).
Enforcement
InstaAlap actively monitors product listings. We reserve the right to remove any product or suspend any creator account that violates these guidelines, without prior notice. If you believe a product on our platform violates these guidelines, please report it to care@instaalap.com.
